S. Conley provided an all new Hurst boiler plant.   Throughout the year long project S. Conley coordinated critical timing of each phase of implementation, including the new 650 HP Hurst Scotch Marine Fire tube boilers with VSD dual fuel Riello Burners, new plant DA and feedwater system.  This phased project involved the challenges of switching over to the new plant, while being able to keep the old plant operational for temporary emergency backup operation. This project involved weekly coordination calls with the owner, engineer and contractor and months of on the job coordination of startup and plant
operation with the owner and engineer to meet the jobs needs. During the project, the owner was never without the required boiler plant capacity.  The team worked through multiple challenges with design changes, existing oil feed systems, multiple phased startups and turnovers  to deliver a state-of-the-art boiler plant and set the facility up for another 50 years of service.
